This article from the Sydney Morning Herald yesterday should be a stark warning for anyone trying to cheat the system.
If you have had any illegal dealings in your past or have had any criminal convictions that you have failed to advise the department of when submitting your visa application there is a very real chance you will not be granted your visa.
You have been warned!
